<div>This month, we'll be revisiting the values that we identified last month. I distilled and combined these into four broad values: Equity, Dignity & Respect, Education & Learning, and Collaboration & Connection.</div>

<div>Based on these, I've drafted four "We & Why" statements that build on these values and paint a vision of the community we want. I've attached them to this email for your review. We'll be voting for our preferred We & Why statement (ranked choice voting), then move on to "The Story of Us." We're unlikely to finish that, but we should get a good jump on it.</div>
